Tom Kerrick Elected Bar Governor

Thomas Kerrick, managing partner of Kerrick Stivers Coyle was elected to the KBA Board of Governors and will hold the position of Bar Governor for the 2nd Supreme Court District.

Lee Cassie Yates Clagett Joins KSC

Lee Cassie Yates Clagett, an Elizabethtown, KY native, has joined Kerrick Stivers Coyle, PLLC as an associate in the Elizabethtown office. Cassie obtained her law degree from the Thomas M. Cooley Law School and her Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Saint Mary's College. Cassie comes to the firm as a former associate attorney with Krohn & Moss, Ltd. in Chicago. Cassie will practice in the areas of Business Law, Commercial Litigation and Personal Injury Litigation.
